Transparency Report

Abuse reports are reviewed by human moderators, not just algorithms. Every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit ledger, and instant blocking plus one-tap reporting are always within reach.

Role changes, report resolutions, and administrative access are permanently recorded in a cryptographic log that cannot be rewritten. Support access to data happens only when needed — and is logged every single time.

Every account carries a visible trust badge: Member, Email Verified, and Photo / Face Verified — human-reviewed photo verification being today's highest authenticity badge. Phone verification is currently not offered. Every member's badge is visible to everyone in profiles and discovery.

Minimum collection, maximum transparency — your data is never sold for advertising. You can delete your account anytime via Settings or the joyesh.ir/account-deletion page, and the right-to-erasure for smart-memory data is always available.

In full honesty: no aggregate statistics (reports handled, median response time, and similar) are published yet. When they are, this page will be updated under a k-anonymity rule (minimum 20 members per group) with zero exposure of any real member.

Any member can report abuse with one tap inside any conversation. Immediate protections apply that very moment, and the review outcome is communicated to the reporter through notifications.
