You can delete your account anytime via Settings → "Delete account" or the joyesh.ir/account-deletion page. Upon confirmation the account is immediately deactivated and your identity data (email, phone, photos, profile content) is anonymized; sessions and device notifications are cut off. Financial records, safety reports, and the audit ledger are retained as legal/safety obligations and are never shown to other users. This action is irreversible.

Only the data you directly provide (email, profile info, photos) alongside anonymous technical logs for system health.

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email, and Google profile picture; your Google password never reaches us. This information is used solely to create and verify your account and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke this app's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties, and private chats remain strictly between participants.

Support team access is strictly limited to report resolutions and is permanently logged in our audit trail.

You can request a data export, erase behavioral history, or delete your entire account with one click in settings.
