Delete Your Account

Sign in at joyesh.ir and go to Settings → "Delete account", or use the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the original device, just sign in from any browser — no app required.

On final confirmation: the account is deactivated immediately; email and phone are anonymized, the password is erased, photos and profile content are removed or anonymized; every session and device notification is cut off; AI memory about you is erased.

For legal and safety obligations: financial records (payments and credits), safety reports and blocks, and the immutable audit ledger — none are ever shown to other users. Messages you already sent remain with the other party, stripped of your identity data.

Deletion cannot be undone and the anonymized email/phone cannot be reused. Review active subscriptions before deleting.
